Meet the Founder
After more than 15 years in healthcare, Erica Nowlen-Rogers witnessed a reality too many overlook — seniors waiting endlessly for services that never arrived and caregivers carrying overwhelming responsibility with little support. This mission became deeply personal as she watched both groups fall through the cracks, often unheard, unseen, and holding more than anyone realizes.

Out of that truth came a calling.

The Seasons of Care Foundation was created to confront these gaps head-on and to build a movement where no senior is unseen, no caregiver is unsupported, and no family is left to navigate care alone. Through this work, Erica is committed to ensuring seniors and caregivers are seen, valued, supported, and surrounded with real help and real hope, in every season of life.
